You can see that panic is setting in, the wine aisle in Sainsbury’s was decimated, gin was limited to the expensive brands, and large bottles of rum were seriously limited. The Gorse Fox did stop off at Turner’s Pies to buy one of their award-winning steak and cheddar pies. At least the locusts hadn’t got to them yet.
Ellie was taking "social distancing" seriously as she built a train in the kitchen and strapped her toys in so they could all go away.
The Silver Vixen had a Doctor’s appointment this afternoon. The surgery phoned yesterday to ask if the consultation could be conducted by telephone. Well, it seemed obvious really. Of course it could. It saves social contact and saves time for both the Silver Vixen and the Doctor.
