Well done

 There was some vandalism at Ellie's school last week. A local resident has set up a "GoFundMe" page:

to raise some money for Bartons primary school who were recently targeted by local youths who jumped over the fence during the night and destroyed the childrens static canopy which covers the quiet area of the playground. 

The quiet area is very important for the children as it is a place to go if they are feeling sad or maybe a little down or just want somewhere to sit quietly with their friends. The canopy allowed them to be sheltered from the weather and made the space usable all year round. 

The local youths thought it would be funny to trespass on the the school grounds during the night and climb on top of the canopy and smash their way through it.

This is excellent and the Gorse Fox has donated. The target was £1000 and he was delighted to find that one anonymous donor had pledged £815. We have some good people in the neighbourhood.
