The Gorse Fox has been spoilt by the Mac(s)... Updates seem relatively regular, and relatively quick. Even when they are not quick they usually tell you that there is 9minutes or 23 minutes to go... or whatever the time may be.
This morning the Gorse Fox decided to apply updates to her Dell Windows laptop (called Merlin). It has now been running for 2.5 hours and just asked for a restart. How do Windows users still put up with this? On the Gorse Fox's Linux machines most updates do not even require a restart and most run is a few minutes.
