It has been another glorious day. Certainly the weather has helped keep people sane during this long lockdown.
Urban-Cub took Ellie out to meet up (at a suitable distance) with Cousteau-Cub this afternoon. The Silver Vixen is sat at her sewing machine, and the Gorse Fox is up in his study. The day has been spent sorting through digital copies of old video tapes to determine whether the originals need to be re-captured, or whether the quality is sufficient to work with. Several have not made the grade and the Gorse Fox has written to the chappie in Worthing who can do this transcode to see if he is still in business and able to help.
Meanwhile, he has also been looking for a quick and dirty method for making quick videos, where complex editing isn't required. Needless to say, on the Mac this is built in with the iMovie app. Better still this works both on the iMac, the MacBook and the oPad and iPhone. The Gorse Fox has rattled off a couple of quick videos this afternoon as an experiment and is very pleased with the results.
