We have been subjected to a deluge of Biblical proportions for much of the day. Ellie woke us at 6:45, demanded the iPad, and settled down to watch YouTube Kids. The Gorse Fox slipped out of bed, showered, and then got things on the move.
We drove Ellie to Dizzy Ducklings because of the monsoon. Then after a quiet breakfast, we popped to the shops to complete our weekly top-up.
The rest of the day has been fairly quiet, though we have watched some football. Frankly, watching Croatia against the Czech Republic, the Gorse Fox thinks that watching paint dry would be more stimulating.
Urban-cub collected Ellie late afternoon, and she is hosting Cousteau-cub for a sleep-over tonight. We will watch the England-v-Scotland game.
