Dazzled

 The Silver Vixen had a day out planned with a girlfriend. The Gorse Fox pottered off for the weekly top-up shop and, by the time he got home, they had disappeared off to Chichester. He suspects that it will be at least 6 p.m. before he sees them again - though it could be later!

The Gorse Fox was thinking about his NAS setup. The NAS itself has extra USB ports that will allow external drives to be connected and shared along with all of the rest of the storage. The Gorse Fox hadn't tried this, and as he had a spare 500GB SSD drive, he thought he's give it a whirl. it turned out to be fairly straightforward. He did have to download one bit of software and install it on the NAS, but that was quick. New drive was reformatted, and permissions were set. Voila - everything works.

The Gorse Fox has commented that he got some new football boots. They are somewhat bright. He is receiving a great deal of abuse from jealous teammates, and there are threats that we should wear protective sunglasses to prevent being dazzled.
