It was a busy start. The Gorse Fox went round to Urban-Cub so that he could escort Ellie to school. She was full of the joys of Spring and could hardly wait to get into class.
As soon as the Gorse Fox was home, he and the Silver Vixen took our cars round to the body shop. The Skoda is scheduled to spend the next few days there getting the front wing repaired. Then we headed home for a quick coffee before the Gorse Fox had to take her across to the hairdresser... and pick her up again a couple of hours later.
At home, the Gorse Fox had the simple task of buying some Premium Bonds for Ellie. Well, it should have been simple. The NS&I security system seemed to be on the blink and wouldn't allow him to log in, telling him to try again later. Looking online, DownDetector revealed this was a problem affecting many people and has been ongoing for a little while.
Much of the rest of the day has been spent reading.
