The Gorse Fox wandered round to Urban-Cub's to escort Ellie to school.
Once home, and re-caffeinated, the Gorse Fox steam-cleaned the floors and sent a further copy of his software to another requestor. The phone rang. It was the body shop. The Skoda was ready for collection. The Gorse Fox called Urban-Cub and she gave him a lift round to the premises. The car looked superb - as good as new and no sign of any variation in the paint. They had done a superb job. They did, however, have a few problems reconnecting the parking sensors and then, once they were working, were stumped by a further persistent chime. This turned out to be the DashCam (again). Since getting home, the Gorse Fox has installed a brand new micro-SD card in the unit, and hopefully that will solve the problem.
This afternoon we managed to see and have a fe words with Old Bill, now that he has escaped from the clutches of the hospital. He was looking a little frail, but was evidently feeling a bit better. The Gorse Fox has volunteered to take hime to get his stitches removed on Wednesday. It's nice to see him up and about again.
