Throughout the night and the the day we have been beset by heavy showers. Despite this, it has been warm enough that between the showers we have had sunshine and the roads have dried up. The Gorse Fox, in an interimbres between showers went to walk Ellie to school with Urban-Cub.
Back home it was time for coffee and porridge before Ocado turned up. Then we headed off to Sainsbury's with our list, Urban-Cub's list, and Lady Penelope's request. Despite the multiple lists we were in and out in about 45 minutes. Once home, the Silver Vixen got on with some ironing while the Gorse Fox caught up with the accounts and administrative chores.
After lunch we had a quiet afternoon with our books before dinner.
