It’s Bank Holiday - this means a) the weather is a bit iffy, b) the schools and pre-schools are closed, and c) supermarkets are open and Urban-Cub is working. At 8:30 this morning, Urban-Cub dropped E~lie off with us for the day.
Ellie has been a joy, all day (so far). We have ended up playing with Paw Patrol figures on the floor, playing Play Dough at the table, playing a board game (that she soon became bored with), played hopscotch, spent some time colouring, spent some time with her crafty box, and fed her almost non-stop. She’s just had dinner and we will be having ours soon, before talking her home and waiting for Urban-Cub to return.
The Gorse Fox and Ellie also popped in to Chichester to se Cousteau-Cub and the Coventry Hobbit. We had some mail for her, and used it as an excuse to give the Silver Vixen a break.
