Ellie has now reached the age and size whereby she can transition to the next size of car seat. As usual, such decisions are complex. Which has the best safety rating, which has the correct fittings, which makes are recommended for Urban-Cub's new car, and which for our car? After several hours we seemed to have narrowed it down, but Urban-Cub then went to Halfords and saw another model that she liked. We are currently on pause!
While she was at Halfords, she did manage to pick up a new Dash Cam mount for the Gorse Fox. His current suction mount keeps dropping off. She has managed to get an adhesive mount - and better still, they didn't charge her.
Urban-Cub went off to spend the evening with Cousteau-Cub and the Coventry Hobbit. We stayed put as the Silver Vixen's Brighton cousins were coming to see us. We had a lovely evening and enjoyed another excellent take-away from Habib in the village. We caught up on all of the family news and heard about their recent camping trip (and its associated dramas and excitements). It was, as usual when we meet with them, a super evening.
