It has been a pleasant day. Not too hot, not too cool... just about right.

After the usual cousins' call the Gorse Fox returned to his niggling problem with the Family Tree. After a lot of faffing about he has managed to upload a completely new tree based on the backup taken at the end of June. Whatever happened now, there is one synchronised tree pair (as opposed to pear tree) that could take the Gorse Fox forward if it becomes necessary.

Applying the same logic to the tree backup created in mid August, the Gorse Fox thought he had got everything back on track. As before, the first synchronisation worked but the second (having tried to change things that had not needed changing) failed. The Gorse Fox is immensely frustrated and may have to acknowledge that he will need to redo the research that he did in July and early August.
