Caged

 The day started with the Silver Vixen's alarm. She likes to be up sharpish on Wednesday so that she can get ready for Pilates. The Gorse Fox takes a slightly different approach and, as Ellie wasn't here, he wanders downstairs to make the tea and coffee then read the news. Once the Silver Vixen comes down he returns to get ready for football, then puts on some normal clothes over the top in order to walk Ellie to school with Urban-Cub.

Silver Vixen headed off and the Gorse Fox soon followed. Football today was limited to 5-a-side so we played in one of the cages instead of the usual pitches. The Gorse Fox likes playing in the cages because the ball never goes out of play. It makes it a good and continuous workout. The game went well today. The Gorse Fox managed some stout defending, several assists, and a goal of his own in our 12-6 win. Very satisfying.

The afternoon was spent watching a YouTube video regarding book creation from Family Tree Maker. It was informative but about 6 times longer than it needed to be. While this was going on, he marinated some pork fillet, which we cooked for dinner this evening. This is a recipe he will do again, it was delicious.
