Virtual dust

A very lazy start to the day. Though the Gorse Fox had lined up the Coventry Hobbit to play football, a late family emergency meant that another player dropped out. We decided to cancel today's game. Frustratingly, this meant that the at the Gorse Fox and Coventry Hobbit didn't get a chance to have a run out.

In a fit of pique the Gorse Fox returned to the family tree. A number of relationship[s still needed to be sorted out, now that the Gorse Fox had the new hypothesis regarding the Silver Vixen's great grandmother. This took a lot longer than expected, but now seems to be correct. He still awaits a number of certificates that will confirm or muddy his hypothesis further Trawling through these dusty archives, albeit virtually, can be both fun and frustrating. At least online archives don't make him sneeze.

The other focus has been the development of the Boxing Day menu. This has taken a little bit of thought, but the Gorse Fox thinks he has everything under control. New Years's Eve, not so much, but he has a focus for the dish even if he currently has no idea what will act as an accompiniment.
