The rebuild of "tawnyowl" is now complete. The Raspberry Pi is updated to "buster", PHP and WordPress are both up to date, and the MySql database has been replaced with MariaDB. The old database has been imported, and all of the media, themes, and plugins have been restored. Everything seems to work beautifully. So what next?
The Gorse Fox removed the updated drive from "tawnyowl" and started again. The idea is to redo the complete rebuild in a single pass to check all of his configuration scripts and his documentation. If that completes without incident he can consider when "peregrine" may get the full upgrade treatment.
Meanwhile, the Gorse Fox is still waiting for Amazon to deliver the new NAS. He suspects it will be tomorrow before he gets a chance to start working on that.
