It was grey and muggy this morning.

Once we were all up and about, the Gorse Fox, Urban-cub and Ellie walked through to South Bersted to get some exercise and to do some necessary food shopping. When we got to the shops we split up. Urban-cub and Ellie went to Sainsbury's. The Gorse Fox went to M&S. His queue was shorter but took a lot longer to process than hers. He was unable to get the one thing he had needed. As it happens, so was she. Having said that the Coventry Hobbit was able to pick some Worcestershire Sauce at Morrisons. We were sorted.

It was a nice 6km round trip and the best exercise the Gorse Fox has managed for nearly a week.

Other than that it's been a very quiet day, and very relaxed.
