Hallelujah Virgin

Well having fretted for a number of weeks regarding the scheduled (but clearly not happening) holiday to Jamaica, Virgin Holidays finally made contact yesterday. (The Gorse Fox should explain he has been trying to get some sense out of them since March 14th.) Yesterday's email include a voucher for the full amount of the holiday which could be used in rebooking. It also said that if we had decided to cancel, there was an online form to complete and we could have a full refund. The form was duly filled in and would not submit from "Safari" on the Mac, so he logged in to "Eagle" (a Linux server) and filled it in again... pressed Submit and got an immediate confirmation. The Gorse Fox now has to await a phone call apparently.
