Exercise

Well the lethargy of the past few weeks has come to an end. The Gorse Fox was finally able to get a game of football today. There was a good turnout today with 6-a-side teams playing in blue, orange, back, and white. The Gorse Fox was playing for the white-bibs. It didn't start well as the Gorse Fox got his first goal of the year - an own goal! After that things settled down and we managed to play six games in the two hours, winning three and drawing three. He covered a fair bit of ground so is expecting some very heavy legs in the morning.

After lunch the Gorse Fox put a nice gammon in the oven and then we popped into Chichester to return some gadgets to the hospital. We were so quick in doing this that we didn't even incur parking charges. Once home, we had a quiet afternoon while the gammon slowly infused the house with the delicious smell of roasted ham.
