Gorse fox bought laptops for the cubs last Christmas. Cousteau-cub's seems to have an intermittent fault that causes it to keep switching off. She has become so dependent on it that she doesn't want it sent away (at least not at the moment).
GF started looking through the various online discussions and it seems that the problem may be as simple as loose screws holding the memory in place. GF will go and get his hammer hand see if he can sort it out.
