So the Silver Vixen (hiding at the right of the picture) and Gorse Fox head east towards the East Sussex and Kent borders. The weather was spectacular and the villages that we passed through were as pretty as the proverbial pictures.

Deciding that we should stop for lunch we pulled in to this little pub. It had once been the haunt of local smugglers, but was now an excellent stopping off point just a few minutes from our intended destination.
