Mark at Blognor Regis commented on a previous walk GF posted. He said the one his favourite spots is below the N of Barlivington Down. Shaking the image of tight Lycra from his mind, GF pointed out to his companion that this was the point below the N.

Mark was right, the path opened out between the trees and the glory of the Downs filled the view. GF suspects that in bright sunlight this would have taken the breath away (and he could ill afford that). As it was, with grey cloud cover, it was still pretty damned special.
