Quiet

 It has been a very quiet day. There was some rain overnight, but it has been dry and quite warm during the day.

Ellie was dropped off, as usual, and was still barely awake. It didn't take too long, however, for her to roar into life. She was full of the joys of Spring by the time we headed off to school.

Back home, the morning involved domestic chores and some maintenance of the window locking mechanisms (which had become very stiff). Once that was done, the Gorse Fox prepared the invitation for his next attempt at the Band of Brothers reunion. This has now been sent to the school to distribute. The restaurant is reserved... we now wait.

Urban-Cub finished work early and was able to collect Ellie and hour earlier than usual. Ellie had eaten by then, and was halfway through her homework. Hopefully, she will finish the rest with Urban-Cub.
