It was an early start. Urban-Cub was planning to drop Ellie off at 6:45 - and for once she was on time. Urban-Cub had to rush off to work while we sorted out Ellie’s ablutions and breakfast prior to taking her to Dizzy Ducklings. The Gorse Fox even had time to do a jigsaw and read a couple of stories to her before we left.
Back home the Silver Vixen got on with cleaning her sewing machines then getting ready for her next project in the sewing room. The Gorse Fox returned to the study and continued working on the family tree website. By lunchtime he had the article, that he had been working on for the last couple of days, completed.
Mid-afternoon he received and email from the author of the plug-in that had been giving him trouble. He suggested that the Gorse Fox flip a single flag from Yes to No, et voila! It worked. This really is very significant. It means that many of the files he extracts from Family Tree Maker can be displayed without any refactoring or modification. He can wait to get a run at it tomorrow.
We collected Ellie and she’s munching on her tea at the moment. The Gorse Fox has some meatballs planned for tonight, and have invited to Urban-Cub to stay for dinner when she collects Ellie.
