Wind up

The Gorse Fox has been the victim of an elaborate wind-up. We get travel insurance through the bank and, as a result of some recent health issues, we have had to take out a supplement. The supplement is about to expire and this needs a renewal. The travel insurers thought it would be funny to send him a letter reminding him that the upgrade was about to expire but in order to renew, he had to phone them. This is where the wind-up kicks in. When the Gorse Fox tries to phone the number given he's told how busy they are and unless he is travelling in the next three days, he should call back. This joke started last week, and he has fallen for it several times since. This time they took it a stage further and offered to call him back. Yeah! like that happened!
