Urban-Cub and the Gorse Fox had a plan. Being Tuesday we were going to get stoned. It seems only reasonable after such a long lockdown, So it was that by mid-morning Urban-Cub and the Gorse Fox were separating the cobbles that had been in bleach for the past few weeks, then rinsing them with copious amounts of water and flushing it away down the drain. It was a long job, and even now we have only done about half of the total. Those we have done, however, have come up really well and there's no vesting of the old green slime visible on any of them. They are as good as new.
When we finished that we emptied the rill (again) and cleaned it out ready for the replacement of the stone when the other half are complete. It was a good, if messy, morning's work.
After lunch the Gorse Fox took Ellie down to the local play park so she could let off steam on the swings and slides... and give Urban-Cub and the Silver Vixen a little respite.
