The Gorse Fox is approaching the end of another varied day with the client. With his tame troll-fighter on vacation, GF has had to don his armour and take up his sword several times throughout the day. He has also befriended a troll... inviting him into our lair and exposing him to some of the problems we face. He seemed genuinely confused by a) daylight; b) a client; and c) someone making the effort to invite him in. Time will tell whether this approach reaps benefits.

GF's team have come to the endof a complex assessment exercise, where they are examining a number of competing products - GF looks forward to their feedback tomorrow.
