The Gorse Fox notices that the Grey Monk has an erudite collection of useful information that should be made available to all who work with Civil Servants.
Of course the Gorse Fox is aware of some of this glassary, but (you may find this hard to believe) does not experience too much of it in his Agency. It is, however, very noticeable from the Department... in which the Machiavellian strivings of very senior civl servants are almost comical in their lack of subtlety.
