Visits

Urban-cub and Ellie had plans. They were meeting up with Cousteau-cub and, after walking the dog, were going swimming in Chichester. The Gorse Fox and Silver Vixen had a quietish morning. There was an order to collect from Next, then the Gorse Fox sat down in the study and started to develop the next photo book. He's entered the summaries for each year and placed the selected photos for 1995. Saved and backed up, that was enough for today.

The Silver Vixen's cousins from Brighton were visiting in the afternoon. We settled down for some tea and to catch up on the latest from the families. The forecast bad weather had set in by this time so when it came to supper, we ordered a takeaway and had it delivered. Clearly, we weren't the only ones because the delivery took much longer than their estimate, though they did apologise for the delay. The food was excellent as usual.

We had a lovely evening with them talking about all and sundry and Sue's research into the history of Patcham and its people.

(In the background to this Ellie had gone to bed, complained we were all too noisy, and eventually dropped off to sleep).
