The 6 hour time difference played havoc with the sleep pattern. In fact the Gorse Fox woke up at his usual time - unfortunately that was about 1 a.m. He had some stern words with himself and settled back down.
By 6 a.m. it was all over. The SIlver Vixen was awake and so was the Gorse Fox. Coffee and tea were the first priorities and then the gorse Fox headed over to the gym. (It is his intention to use it daily whilst here, though he would note that a wise man once observed that hell is paved with good intentions). Despite the hour, there were several people in the gym when he arrived.
The wireless headphones that he had purchased at the airport were clamped in place and a podcast fired off. For the next 45 minutes or so he listened Frank Skinner while striding along on the treadmill.
There was some heavy rain last night after we returned to our room, but this morning it seems to have cleared and it's really quite bright and warm. Clouds and blue are vying for supremacy of the skies. It looks like it will be a nice day. Next on our agenda is breakfast.
Blogging note - the Gorse Fox will try to remember to set the times of these posts to the UK associated UK time... i.e. a post at 8:00 here is really 14:00 in the UK, but he will set the time as if it is 8:00 in the UK. (At least, that's the plan!)
