The Gorse Fox is not saying that it has been quiet, but the front door hasn't been unlocked since last night. The Silver Vixen has spent part of the day pottering and then reading in the Orangery. The Gorse Fox has been editing again.
What became clear was that 2007 involved a large number of individual blog posts. Many could have been combined. As the editing process continues, the Gorse Fox is condensing these posts. This, however, takes a lot of time and effort. Even after 4-5 hours he has only just started on the May posts.
The dearth of watchable TV(*) on BBC or ITV has forced the Silver Vixen and Gorse Fox to make better use of the various streaming services. Last night we discover The Chelsea Detective on Acorn TV. This was a very good and very watchable program. We look forward to further episodes.
(*) Watchable TV means that it isn't "gritty", it isn't political, and it doesn't pander to those impressed by bad manners, shouting, and threats. It is just enjoyable and may make you smile or better still, laugh.
