It was Sunday morning so time for some football. The Gorse Fox lined up with the yellow-bibs today. It was a nice 6-v-6 game with a non-playing referee. It was also a very high-scoring game, ending 10-9 to the Orange bibs. There was another clampdown on running during the game, but it was very inconsistent and, consequently, irritating.
The Gorse Fox has found a new trick this afternoon. If he writes something in Notes or another app on the iPad and wants to copy it to this blog without extraneous fonts or formatting he can select the text, press copy, then use Shift-Option-Cmd+V to insert it. That is something he has wanted to do for ages so that he can write the blog offline when necessary.
Now, if only there was a command to let the Gorse Fox automatically time stamp a post before submitting it... then he could submit batches of posts, (This is all relevant because of the cruise we have booked for next year, and the assumption that there’ll be plenty of times when we have no internet access).
