Gerontius

Well after a second night sleeping with Emma (so to speak), the Gorse Fox can conclude that Gerontius was probably using one when he had his dreams. Certainly it was another very comfortable night, and another night with no discomfort from the hip.

The Silver Vixen had some friends scheduled to visit this morning. The Gorse Fox made himself scarce. He spent the time working on another photo book. This one should cover the 1980s. It's quite time consuming getting a sensible chronology and managing the page layouts. A couple of years are now complete and he's about to start on the next.

The Silver Vixen and her friends took the bus into Chichester for lunch at Cote Brasserie. The Gorse Fox still hasn't ventured out of the study as there are so many little projects and distractions he has in front of him.

Working on the videos yesterday, the Gorse Fox wanted to check a date. He looked in Google calendar to confirm when a certain event happened. The calendar was bare, or at least it was bare that far back. This irked him as he was fairly certain he had been using said calendar at that time. In the end he exported the calendar and imported it into the iCalendar on the Mac. There were the missing entries. Now the problems started. The Mac Calendar sync'd with Google calendar... duplicate entries started to occur. Worse still, it reissued a load of invites to people for meetings and events stretching back to 2006! Oops.
