Quiet

It's been a quiet day. The Gorse Fox had some admin that needed attention. Scanning, filing, (backing up), and shredding. This was accompanied by confirming the commission for the landscaper. We went for a walk to post the quote acceptance, then stopped off at the sales suite to have a chat and catch up with the girls who handled our purchase. The good news was that the price of ou house model has increased significantly. So though we have one of the best sites on the development, lesser sites are selling for significantly more than we paid. Nice to know it was a sound investment - and has, no doubt, been further improved by the Orangery (which the girls tell us has caused some very positive comments from neighbours).
