Gorse Fox has had a few hours searching for some old DVDs and VCDs that he had created years back. Finally, he found them and using "Handbrake" managed to convert them to MP4 files to add to his media collection.
GF wrote some instructions on how to use the media files on the TV in the Orangery. She tested them out today and GF was pleased to see the instructions were clear enough. This means that family videos, films and so forth are all available.
Tried a new recipe tonight. Stir fried chicken with pak choi. The trouble was that it called for mangetout and star anise. GF had neither. The sliced runner beans were substituted for the mangetout. Fennel seeds for the star anise. All things considered, it worked just fine.
