A nice gentle start to the day, or so he thought. The Gorse Fox hadn't been up long before there was an immense explosion. He had clearly woken up with a severe bought of hay fever. The sneezing had started with a vengeance, and when he wasn't sneezing he was trying to control his nose which was running like Usain Bolt chased by a cheetah on steroids. This has continued throughout the day; brief periods of peace followed by storm-force sneezing and then the pouring returns.
The Gorse Fox tried to make a start on the ironing. That didn't work. He was more likely to drip all over it than press it.
He returned to the study. Today's focus has been on automating a push mechanism for critical folders to be backed up to the NAS. This is going moderately well but full automation is still proving elusive. The backups themselves are working but the automatic mount process for the target is still throwing up the occasional error.
If his nose stops pouring, the Gorse Fox is hoping to play football tomorrow.
