It was a day for cousins. The morning saw the regular Zoom call with the Empson cousins, but for a change, we had one of the Law cousins on board as well. Once that was over, the Gorse Fox got on with some Family Tree research - to no avail. Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes there's nothing. Today there was nothing.
In the afternoon, the Silver Vixen's cousins from Brighton dropped in. We settled down for some tea and cake and a chat, then ordered some Indian food for dinner (while the Gorse Fox cooked salmon, chips, and peas for the Silver Vixen and her Aunt). We had a lovely evening catching up on all of the family news and from the Peoples Republic of Brighton. After dinner, Sue and the Gorse Fox delved into some family research, giving the others a chance to settle in the lounge for a gossip.
It was a very pleasant evening.
