Gribble

The Gorse Fox played football again this morning. Again, he was not playing well as he was still suffering from the injury sustained on Sunday. Despite this, his team won quite convincingly, and he managed to assist several goals.

It seems only right that we have some beer to accompany Christmas. The great advantage of having a local micro-brewery is that one can get something that is just a little different. So it was that the Silver Vixen and the Gorse Fox were joined by neighbours Chris and Maureen as we headed for The Gribble Inn. We enjoyed a delicious late lunch and then the Gorse Fox ordered his beer-box of Gribble Ale. The beer is now nestling in the cool of the Orangery waiting to be breached.
