Bent

Well, the worki football was fun - though played at Littlehampton instead of Angmering. The pitch was much better there - more solid, and much better maintained. The pitch was also bigger, which, playing 4-a-side as we did today, made it hard work when two of our players weren't very mobile.

As a result of the game, the Gorse Fox will have to go to Chi in the near future. He managed to stick his foot out to intercept a goal-line clearance but only diverted the ball into his own face. The problem is that this has bent the arms of his glasses - and as they are rimless, this needs a degree of skill to rectify. For now he is wearing the spare pair he acquired late last year.

Now for a quiet afternoon in warm.
