Barney

Had a lovely day today. Barney Rubble came up from Devon to have lunch with us. It was a ong drive, but it was nice to see him - partcularly over Christmas. As he doesn't tolerate glutem easily, the Gorse Fox and the Silver Vixen had searched for a suitable recipe. In the end we chose a fish based stir-fry. The fish was marinated in orange and spices for an hour and then roasted for fifteen minutes. This was then added to stir-fry - spring onion, fine beans, sambal oelek, cashews, and rice noodles. This turned out to be a triumph.
