Well, strictly speaking, the Gorse Fox missed High Tide by about 40 minutes, but the storm was still pounding the beach. Spume was being driven like kamikaze bubble bath across the shingle and slammed into the Gorse Fox and his camera several times.A few hearty dog walkers braved the elements, hanging on to their dogs in case they decided to do kite impressions.
