It's a grey, damp, drizzly day. A breeze drives the the misty rain everywhere. The Gorse Fox has decided that the best place from which to observe this phenomenon is indoors.
The morning meant the discovery of further diaries from 1974 and 75 that had not been fully transcribed. The process is slow - but fascinating. he recalls which projects he was working on, the problems he was having with the operations department, the duty roster that the Silver Vixen was working at the hospital... and how much reading he used to get through!
Managed to speak to Cousteau-cub at lunch time. She has been busy - in fact was working late when we first caught up with her. All is well, though she has had a couple of days off from diving after her back gave her a bit of a problem. This has settled and she's heading back for the water tomorrow. She was also very pleased that one of her students has nominated her for a PADI award of some type. She's talking of heading off to Krabi with Jon to visit a spa this week.
