Above Coombes Copse (the easternmost point on the map) the view inland along the River Adur was superb.All along this stretch it looked as if there were slalom gates for canoeing.
(Ahhh, checking back against the map, this may not actually be the Adur, it may be the stretches of water just south of Passies Pond)
