Soon after 10:00 Gorse Fox and a few hardy colleagues turned up at the first event of the day: an organised wine making tour and wine tasting.We had driven some 45 minutes east from Cape Town into the Stellenbosch region.
The thought of wine at this time of the morning did not fill the GF with enthusiasm... and those who had partied too hard last night were looking a little pale when hit by the heady aroma of the fermention room!
