This was the actual profile for the walk. Nothing too strenuous... indeed nothing that even got the GF breathing hard. GF must say that the exercise was nice, but the walk was a little underwhelming. Not sure if it was the weather, the distant sound of the A27, the amount of time in the woods, or what. Whatever it was it was not as inspiring as some of the previous expeditions.
