So much going on.

Medallion man arrived mob handed today. The electrician started first-fix, the plasterer started dry lining, and Medallion man rushed hither and thither keeping everything on track. Must say, so far, GF is very impressed with his (and his team's) work.

Real work meant flipping between pricing spreadsheets, contract documents, & risk calculators. Once that was complete there were diagrams to draw based on Friday's discussions, and then they needed to be incorporated into the document that is finally evolving for the Esteemed Client. Toffee sent a first draft of his document, and that is looking good. All in all, GF is pretty pleased with progress.
