Like yesterday there was wall-to-wall blue sky only interrupted by the neat chalk lines of the aircraft con-trails drawn on the blue background as these aluminium tubes carried their loads to distant, exotic destinations.
The Silver Vixen went off to Pilates this morning and soon after, the Gorse Fox headed off for football. He had the so-called honour of picking the teams today. When he started he thought he would try to balance them - but when the teams were formed he was less sure that he had succeeded. Well, he needn't have worried. It was very tight and at half-time it was 1-1 and at full-time it was 3-3. It was hard fought but very well balanced. He must have got it about right!
