Noise

Though we were warned, the noise still irritates. The neighbours had complained that the quality of the road surface at the end of the Crescent wasn't up to scratch and there were patches where services were laid after the initial surfacing work. The developer agreed that this was unacceptable and this morning a load of heavy equipment and jackhammers have turned up and the end of the road is being ripped up and re-laid. The Gorse Fox is sure it will look lovely when complete, but it's very noisy at the moment.
