Well, in a fit of efficiency Starfleet responded with the Gorse Fox's P11D and to compound said efficiency the Gorse Fox has completed and submitted his tax return. This must be the earliest it has ever been submitted.
Feeling righteous.
Meanwhile, a blog reader has been along to see the Gorse Fox and offer a new home to his bike. Hopefully he will get far more use out of it than the Gorse Fox will.
A gently 35-40 minutes on the running machine (at walking pace) this morning has confirmed that the Gorse Fox's knee has still not recovered sufficiently to attempt any football this week. Some more gentle exercise thought the week is planned.
