It was looking like a busy day. There was a load of follow-up work from yesterday’s workshop and the day was interspersed with planned calls. The morning email added to appointments.
The Gorse Fox cracked on and as the day progressed most of the calls melted away as people cancelled or forgot – this meant that the real work could be the focus. Most satisfying.
The mind turned to the realities of moving house – assuming the offer is real (and can be improved). The Gorse Fox returned to his spreadsheets, which were first crafted thirteen months ago. It occurred to him that the values he had were a year old and could do with updating. This proved to be a most satisfying exercise as the value outstanding on the mortgage has diminished quite dramatically.
