The Gorse Fox is planning to have a bit of a Bash to celebrate the recent birthday. A February birthday is not conducive to serious partying. For this reason we have chosen a date in the summer so that we can get everyone together.
Today GF has been sending email “hold the date” cards to those invitees for whom he has an email address. This is an interesting exercise as it becomes clear that so many people change ISP and with it their email provider. If only people would realise that these tings are independent of each other and a Gmail, or Hotmail account (or the like) can stay with you whatever ISP you use. It is also interesting because you realise that so many people still don’t have email.
